Most of our valuers and support staff have been with us for some time (four are 10+ years). The combination of interesting and varied work, ethical standards, training, advancement opportunity, and friendly work environment seem to be the main reasons, although the pay is ok too. If you have honesty & integrity, high standards of written and oral communication skills, and experience in the gem and jewellery industry we would like to hear from you.
