Insured Courier Service

We can send to you an insured track-trace return courier bag for you to send jewellery items in for valuation. Once we receive them we will give you a call to discuss what needs to be done and provide a firm quote.

Please email info@gemlab.co.nz with photos of the jewellery, your mailing address and phone number, and the reason you want them valued – insurance, selling, estate division, legal, etc. We will get back to you to discuss.

Valuation Updates

If you have existing GemLab valuations, in most cases, we can update the reports without needing to re-examine the items.

Please email info@gemlab.co.nz with the GemLab reference numbers, photos of the items, and the reason you need the update – insurance cover, insurance claim, selling, legal, etc.

We will reply with confirmation and a quote.

Insurance Claims

If you have a problematic jewellery claim that needs an independent second opinion, we can help.

Please email info@gemlab.co.nz with copies of all relevant communications, documentation, photos, etc to do with the claim along with a summary of what the problem is.

We will review and let you know if our report would be worth your while paying for.
